"Alanah Ellsworth is one of those rare students with the admirable quality of having incredible strength in both discipline and talent."

About
Alanah Ellsworth is a multi-disciplined artist based in West Vancouver, British Columbia. A classically-trained vocalist, she is set to receive her Bachelor of Music degree from UBC in 2023. Her performance experience includes several prestigious choirs, the UBC Opera Ensemble and a leading role in Players and Singers' 2019 production of Benjamin Britten's 'The Little Sweep'.
She is also a trained audio engineer, graduating in 2022 from SAE Institute and working with local studios, producers and artists. Alongside musical projects, she is passionate about motion picture sound and spends much of her free time recreating film scenes in her home studio.
Of course, Alanah is not only passionate about what can be heard; the world is meant to be seen, and she has been putting her mental images to paper since before she could talk. Over time she has taken to digital art, participating in school fairs and designing promotional materials for events. One of her pieces had been published by Harpercollins in the Red Queen Collector's Edition. She has also illustrated a children's book, titled 'Where Did My Colours Go?', for a school in Cuba. She is particularly fond of soft pastels and luminous textures.
